The Challenge

Leads from a website 'Contact Us' form (like Typeform) were just sitting in an email inbox. By the time a sales rep manually entered them into the CRM (Pipedrive/HubSpot) 24 hours later, the lead had gone cold.

The 'Vibe'

My Solution

I built an instant lead enrichment and nurturing workflow using n8n. When a new lead submits a 'Contact Us' form (via a Typeform/Webflow webhook), the workflow instantly triggers. It enriches the lead's email via an API (like Clearbit) to get company info and job titles. Then, it automatically creates the enriched lead in the CRM (Pipedrive/HubSpot), assigns a new deal to a sales rep, adds the lead to a 'Welcome Sequence' in Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign, and sends an 'Urgent: New Enriched Lead' alert to the team's Slack channel.
